Allie is a consultant psychiatrist who trained in the public health system, with a background in general adult psychiatry. She has trained in Interpersonal and Social Rhythm Therapy (IPSRT) and has a particular interest in the role of circadian rhythms in mood disorders.

“I trained in psychiatry because I wanted to sit with people when things are difficult for them. My role is to listen and to work with you to understand the whole picture, after which we can home in on specific issues and build a plan with you that helps foster hope for recovery.” - Dr Allie
